CHICAGO (CBS) – Police were asking for help in locating a 61-year-old woman who went missing from a West Side nursing home on Wednesday.
Samuelstine McGrew left the Columbus Park Nursing & Rehab Center at 901 S. Austin Blvd. on Wednesday, police said.
McGrew is an African-American woman with brown hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. She is 5-foot-1 and weighs 125 pounds.
Police said she might act or appear confused.
